Information on the Processing of Personal Data

The administration and processing of your personal data by Furch Guitars is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. 1. Who manages and processes my personal data?

Your personal data are managed by the controller of personal data. The controller of your personal data is Furch Guitars, a company with registered office at Svat. Čecha 514, Prštné, 760 01 Zlín, IČ: 46978259. As the controller, we are liable for compliance with the requirements laid down under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. Contact form “Contact us” – Using this form, you can send us your comments and questions or requests. All information and documents you send us will be used solely for answering your questions, requests or comments. Your personal data will be processed in strict compliance with requirements laid down in the law and our internal regulations.
